Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Speakify learning platform provided by Speakify Global Language Center (“Speakify”, “we”). By creating an account or buying a course or mock exam, you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private.
  • An account is for one learner. Do not share your access with other people.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.

Courses and access

  • Each course gives access to its lessons, practice, and any mock exams or live classes listed on its course page, for the duration shown there.
  • Courses marked “Coming soon” are not yet open for enrolment.
  • We may update lesson content and schedules to improve a course. We will not remove the main features listed on the course page during your access period.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR). Card payments are processed securely by Moyasar.
  • Launch offers such as the founding price apply only while places remain and only to the purchase they are shown with.
  • Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will help.

Scores, feedback, and results

  • Placement results, estimated bands, and AI feedback are guidance to help you study. They are not official exam scores and do not guarantee a result in the real exam.
  • Speakify is an independent provider. IELTS is a registered trademark of the University of Cambridge, the British Council, and IDP Education. TOEFL is a registered trademark of ETS. STEP is a test of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC / Qiyas). Speakify is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organisations.

Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, resell, or publish course materials, tests, or answers.
  • Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the platform.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you on the platform or by email before it applies.
